Raybern’s Recipes

Raybern’s Hawaiian Barbeque Pulled Pork

Ingredients:
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine
2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger

Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, chili garlic sauce, rice wine, and ginger.
2. Pour the sauce over the pulled pork sandwich. Enjoy!

Raybern’s Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich with Maple Coleslaw
Ingredients:
1 pkg. (14 to 16 oz.) coleslaw mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp pure maple syrup from Canada
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp celery seed

Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, salt and celery seed. Chill until ready to put on the sandwich.
2. Pour the coleslaw over the chicken sandwich. Enjoy!
