If I do\, what happens if the rate goes down? How can I protect myself? \nI’m considering refinancing my home to access some equity to purchase a second home or investment property. What should I consider? \nI don’t have a lot of money to put down to purchase a home—5%-10%\, and with the new requirements that I now have to pay my agent\, how can I still be able to purchase a home? \nI have been self-employed for over ten years. I make a good income and file my taxes on time. I take advantage of the tax laws to save myself extra expenses and reduce the taxes I pay.
