Pat chicken wings completely dry and set on a rack in the fridge uncovered while you prepare the rub and preheat the smoker.2. Preheat the smoker to 375 degrees F.3. In a bowl\, combine the rub ingredients\, kosher salt\, black pepper\, garlic powder\, onion powder\, paprika\, brown sugar and cornstarch.4. Remove the chicken from the fridge and coat with the dry rub.5. Smoke the chicken wings at 375 degrees F for about 20 mins.6. Flip them\, increase the temp to 400 degrees F for another 10 mins. or until the internal temp is at least 165F.7. While the chicken is finishing\, melt 1 stick of butter and add Spicin’ Foods Habanero Hot Sauce (depending upon how spicy you want them).8.
